Website says they open at 6, however they were not open this morning at 15 after. Stood at the door, feeling pretty awkward with other customers as several staff members walked by with no acknowledgment. Once I was in the store I passed by several staff members who didn’t speak. Got to the self checkout and that staff member did not speak as well. She did acknowledge me as I was leaving though. Definitely need some customer service training for the morning shift. Never had this happen when I go in the evening.
So I understand policy, with how non truthful people are, however, my husband bought me a sweater for Christmas and Kroger failed to take the theft thingy off. Being he bought it a month ago he didn’t have the receipt and didn’t know the thingy was on it. All tags were still on. They refused to take it off when I went back in because I didn’t have the receipt. They still refused. I said to look at my rewards card to see we spend THOUSANDS of dollars at the store and are good customers. Nope. I know I can’t PROVE that we bought it there but I can prove I have been a good And loyal customer for many years. Why would I steel a 19.00 sweater? Anyway, I think that she wouldn’t even consider delving deeper disappointed me
A very nice Kroger. Parking lot is TINY though, and parking after 5pm or on the weekends is RIDICULOUS.
I do like the sushi and how clean it is. The employees have always been very pleasant. There are always carts available to use at the times I go.
It's a marketplace Kroger so it has a lot more than the other Krogers near by. This location has toys, clothes and the typical groceries. The deals each week are a hit and miss. Sometimes you will get really good ones other weeks not so much. I wish they still had the icee machine that they used to, it was awesome being able to get a slushie every time I went shopping. Many people have said the sushi is incredible at this location and it is very fairly priced. I have noticed that some of the products that are at other locations, are not available or even carried at this one. I am surprised because I figured since they are both Kroger they would carry the same grocery items.
Nice grocery. Good selection of items. Only issue was the employee shoppers tend to be so focused at their task they do not realize or care that they are taking up all the room in the aisles. They should be aware of other customers and show some courteousy allowing space for others.
Everything here was great except the lack of baby spinach. I was shocked that they sell everything including but not limited to shoes. Kroger is gonna give Walmart a run for their money. Place was clean, well stocked (except spinach) and was easily navigated. Parking was good. Checkout process was smooth and nice not having the Walmart greeter chasing you down to verify your purchases. Will return for sure.
Very nice store. There was a expansive prepared food department and a large alcohol section. The stir even had clothes and shoes. Easy in and out in a shopping area but it was a bit congested when I was there.
Quite possibly the best looking Kroger in the Kroger family (And I've been in a LOT). Needed to rave: well stocked, sale prices noted correctly with their related items, clean, bright interior.. wins all around. The thing that puts them over the top is the team. I was greeted several times and overheard others helping customers. it was a fab experience, well done!
